Wonderful
The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Tokyo station and close to 2 metro stations. Clean, small room, everything you need for a great stay in Tokyo. Great value for the money !
There is no wardrobe in the room. The breakfast (optional) is not bad but you could have a better breakfast on the street near the hotel for a lower price.

The hotel is fine. The distance to the metro was ok. The room was clean and its size was sufficient.
The only thing missing was a power socket. There were not enough of them.

Comfortable hotel near Tokyo Station in a good area.
The hotel is about a 6-block walk from Tokyo Station in an area of narrow streets with lot of places to eat nearby and with subway stops very close to get around the city. The room was comfortable but small but that is common in Tokyo. The staff was friendly, spoke English well enough, the bed conformable and the Wi-Fi good. I also like the breakfast buffet in the morning as it was convenient and there was a variety of things.
I really don't have any complaints and I would stay there again.

Excellent value for money, good Location
Good Location, cleaning the room every day, good amenities, extremely fast and easy check-in and check-out.
The room was not optimally organized (e.g no under the bed storage and that's important for such a small room) and there was some mold at the brims of the sink (room 1211)
